The Louis Toffolon Elementary Student Council held a Treats for Troops candy drive during the first week of November. Toffolon students and their families donated a portion of their Halloween candy that was being collected for our local and nearby Veterans. 6 cases of candy was collected for a total of 180 pounds or 6,000 pieces of candy. After students separated and boxed the candy, the Plainville Community Food Pantry picked up and delivered the candy to local agencies who would disperse the candy. The Council is led by 4 officers and several representatives.
